Payment is made in two instalments (50% on ordering, 50% on delivery), by bank transfer only. Work begins once the deposit is received.

Yes, every job includes one revision, to be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

By placing an order, you expressly request that the work begin. Withdrawal is therefore no longer possible once the work has started (article L221-28 of the French consumer code).

You send me your text or brief; I return a quote within 48 working hours. Once you accept and pay the 50% deposit, work begins; the balance is settled on delivery.
